A: No, the shipping cost is calculated after selecting the delivery address, prior to confirming the order.
Q: Why must I enter my credit card details every time I place an order?
A: We do not store your credit card information on our servers, nor does our payment processor, Mobilpay.
Q: I haven't received any email from the eSport Shop after placing my order. Why not?
A: Please check your Spam/Junk folder for the confirmation email.
Q: Why isn't product X from TI4 on sale online?
A: Some products have "Live Event Only" status, meaning that they can only be purchased from the Valve Store at live events.
