Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Currently we are shipping products to all countries in the European Union.

Q: What about shipping to other countries in the region - e.g Belarus, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine?

A: We are currently exploring shipping options and will make an official announcement as soon as possible.

Q: Do the prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)?

A: Yes

Q: Do the prices include shipping cost?

A: No, the shipping cost is calculated after selecting the delivery address, prior to confirming the order.

Q: Why must I enter my credit card details every time I place an order?

A: We do not store your credit card information on our servers, nor does our payment processor, Mobilpay.

Q: I haven't received any email from the eSport Shop after placing my order. Why not?

A: Please check your Spam/Junk folder for the confirmation email.

Q: Why isn't product X from TI4 on sale online?

A: Some products have "Live Event Only" status, meaning that they can only be purchased from the Valve Store at live events such as DreamHack, gamescom, EGX, etc.
